Pre-order questions
Do I pay today?+
No. Reserving is free. Before your batch ships we email you a secure payment link at your locked-in price. If you change your mind, simply don’t complete payment.
When will it ship?+
The founding batch is in final production. Founding reservations ship first, in reservation order, and you will receive email updates along the way.
How is it shipped?+
Every order ships in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging with a neutral return address.
What does founding pricing mean?+
The first 1,000 units reserved lock in 40% off the Premium Edition ($66 instead of $110). Once those spots are gone, regular pricing applies.
I have a distributor code. Where does it go?+
Enter it in the “Distributor code” field. If you arrived through a distributor’s link, it is filled in for you automatically.
Want to sell it instead?
Distributors earn 40% on every sale with their own pre-order link.
